(&#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us,&#8221; &#8220;our&#8221;) to you (&#8220;Customer,&#8221; &#8220;you&#8221;). By requesting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Services Offered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide computer-related services including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hardware and software diagnostics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer, laptop, and peripheral repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating system installation and repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virus, malware, and spyware removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data recovery and backup assistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network setup and troubleshooting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System optimization and upgrades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All Services are provided on a best-effort basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Estimates and Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any estimates provided are non-binding and based on an initial assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By approving an estimate verbally, electronically, or in writing, you authorize us to perform the Services and agree to the associated charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept [cash \/ debit \/ credit \/ e-transfer \/ other].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unpaid balances may result in the withholding of equipment until payment is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data Responsibility and Backup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or breach occurring before, during, or after Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data recovery is not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. No Guarantee of Data or Device Functionality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repairs may not restore devices to like- new condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some devices may be deemed beyond economical or technical repair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee compatibility with future software or hardware updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Customer Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Devices left unclaimed for more than <strong>[30\/60\/90] days after Service completion may be considered abandoned. Abandoned equipment may be recycled, sold, or disposed of to recover costs, where permitted by law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Warranty on Repairs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We provide a limited <strong>[e.g., 30-day]<\/strong> warranty on labour only, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, power surges, or third-party repairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parts are subject to the manufacturer\u2019s warranty, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Malware, Security, and Illegal Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not guarantee the complete removal of all malware or security threats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse Service if illegal content is discovered and may report it where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Refusal of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services at our discretion, including for abusive behaviour, unsafe equipment, or non-payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We access customer data only as necessary to perform Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of <strong>Ontario, Canada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may update these Terms at any time.
